We are building this out as a product in its own right. In the meantime you can already add managed support to any VPS or dedicated server at the configure step, and it is billed on the same invoice as the server.

Security updates applied on a schedule you approve, with a rollback plan for anything that touches a running service.
Monitoring
Host and service checks with alerting that reaches a human, not just a dashboard nobody is watching.
Hardening
Firewall policy, SSH lockdown, fail2ban and an audit of what is listening on the public interface.
Incident response
When something breaks at 3am, an engineer who knows your setup picks it up.
